What is the deal with parties?
- A party is defined as having more than 8 people in your unit.
- The only exception here is for building 1 with a party permit.
- You are responsible for the guests in your unit, keep them in your unit.
- We have security guards on duty Thursday-Saturday nights until 3:00am, they will help everyone to be good neighbors.
- If you are found to have had a party, an automatic minimum $100 clean up fee will be assessed and due the next business day.
- A party is a violation of your lease agreement and could result in eviction.
- What you do inside your unit is your business, but remember, open containers of alcohol in public areas are a violation of law. As is possession of alcohol by anyone under 21.
What else should I be thinking about?
- Noise, Neighbors, Bikes & Parking
- Please respect your neighbors by keeping noise levels at appropriate levels. If someone asks you to turn down the volume, please be nice and do it.
- Those that have habitual problems with neighbors noise levels, please contact the office.
- Bikes and motorcycles must be parked in designated areas - not the lobby, on patios or even in your unit.
- Vehicles & motorcycles require a parking permit. The permits cost $40 before September 14 & $80 after.
