Campus View hires tenants in the summer to do maintenance on apartments and townhouses to prepare them for fall/9 month leases. Interested workers must be available immediately after their classes are done in May until mid-August. Work hours are from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Time off is granted with permission.
Tasks include painting, carpet extraction/shampooing, cleaning and mowing. This is a job which requires a great deal of physical activity.
All interested individuals must fill out an application that is available at the office. After reviewing the application, an interview will be conducted based on experience and availability.
