Answers For Parents

How much is it going to cost me?

Monthly rental rates for each unit are available in our Living Options section. Additionally, there is a $150 activity/lease-signing fee. Deposit amounts vary based on the number of residents and specific unit. Utility costs average from $25-$30 per month per person.

Is it safe?

Short answer: yes. Slightly longer answer: we have guards on duty from 9 pm – 3 am, Thursday through Saturday. The entire complex is well-lit, and all doors have a lock, a deadbolt, and a viewer.

What about parties?

This is not what you’d call a “party house.” Our residents enjoy socializing as much as anybody else, but they don’t tolerate out-of-control parties. On the rare occasion one is taking place, we’re quick to put an end to it. Yes—the students really do help keep this under control.

Is the location really that great?

Yes. Students don’t need cars to get around. Campus is right across the street. Food and entertainment is all within walking distance. Our Community Rec Center is on-site and includes activities of all kinds, from movie groups in our theater, to basketball and co-ed volleyball leagues, a fitness center, and much more. All these things let the students have fun without having to leave the community—the dangers of kids driving to and from bars are drastically cut.
