How to Apply
Applying to Campus View is very simple. Come in to our office and we’ll take care of you.
If you want to live alone, you must get your deposit in and sign the lease. For all other living arrangements, at least 2 tenants are required to have their deposit in to reserve a unit.
At the time of the lease signing, tenants must have $300—$150 of which is for the activity fee (this is non-refundable) and the rest as part of the security deposit. The remainder of the deposit is due in 30 days. Total deposit amounts depend on the specific unit being leased, but never exceed $350. The exception is for a single tenant in a studio or one bedroom, the deposit is $600.
Rent is due the day the lease commences, and remains due on that day every month throughout the lease.
